When will you restock [item]?

At this time, we do not have scheduled restocking times for any of our items.

Products are released in waves as I am able to produce and order from our manufacturers.

STATIONERY
Most stationery items will be restocked with every product release wave. I do not intend to maintain every design forever, but will declare when items will be leaving rotation.

CROCHETED ITEMS
These are handmade items, individually made and therefore are singular and imperfect. Though I do intend to recreate many of my designs, I do not guarantee that product designs will be restocked in the future.

I recommend signing up for our newsletter for all up to date information on restocks and new product listings :)

Do you take commissions/custom orders?

At this time, I do not take any commissions or custom orders for either digital art, stationery, or crocheted items.

I need to make changes to my order!

For order changes or cancellations, please reach out to us at help@dumbyworld.shop as soon as you can.

Orders that have already been processed and shipped can no longer be cancelled or altered.

Upon cancellation, please allow up to 2 weeks for the credited funds to post to your account.

I entered the wrong address on my order :(

Include your name, order number, and the correct shipping information in your message.

Orders that have already been processed and shipped can no longer be cancelled or altered. If your order is redirected back to Dumbyworld, we may be able to reship to the corrected address, but additional reshipment cost may be required.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We strive to process and ship orders within 7 business days of order placement.

All orders ship from central California and are put together by a team of one (two, if you count my cat overseeing my labor...)

My order is "delivered" according to tracking, but I haven't received it!

We sincerely apologize, but the fate of packages are out of our hands once we've dropped them off with the postal service :( we understand the frustration this may cause.

Please reach out to your local post office or the shipping courier you selected at checkout. In many cases, packages may arrive a few days after being marked as "delivered."

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my item?

Orders marked as delivered can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting help@dumbyworld.shop

Items must be in their original (new) condition.

Items bought in person (e.g., in the event of a market pop-up or consignment location) as well as clearance items (B-grades, misprints, and discontinued) are final sale.

My order is here but there is a problem :(

If the problem is a mistake on our end, we will do our best to accommodate any return/reshipment costs incurred.
